RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Tags (if applicable) must still be attached.
- Items must be free of stains, odors, or damage.
- Items must be in original packaging.
- You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Clearance or Final sale items.
- Worn or damaged items.
- Custom or Personalized items.
- Pre loved/secondhand clothes.
REFUNDS
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
EXCHANGES
- We offer exchanges for size or defects only.
- If you need a different size, please contact us within 14 days.
- Customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
- If you’ve received a damage or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will make it right.❤️
- Shipping costs are non refundable.
- Customer pays return shipping.
- Shipping will only be covered if you received an incorrect item.
- Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or contacting your local carrier.
