Refund policy

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Tags (if applicable) must still be attached.
  • Items must be free of stains, odors, or damage.
  • Items must be in original packaging.
  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 

  • Clearance or Final sale items.
  • Worn or damaged items.
  • Custom or Personalized items.
  • Pre loved/secondhand clothes.

REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

EXCHANGES 

  • We offer exchanges for size or defects only.
  • If you need a different size, please contact us within 14 days.
  • Customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • If you’ve received a damage or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will make it right.❤️
  • Shipping costs are non refundable. 
  • Customer pays return shipping. 
  • Shipping will only be covered if you received an incorrect item.
  • Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or contacting your local carrier.
