PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the costumer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If this occurs please contact the shipping carrier directly.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
